The Government of West Bengal has launched this Scheme to provide Rs. 10,000 as financial assistance to help students purchase tablets, Smartphones, or PCs for their Education. Students enrolled in Class XI in different Government/Government-Aided/Sponsored Schools/Madrasahs are eligible for the Taruner Swapno Scheme.Â

The Main Objective of the Scheme is to facilitate students in connecting their studies with technology, providing them with the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly digital educational landscape.

Taruner Swapno Eligibility Criteria
Students enrolled in Class-XI under the different Govt. / Govt. Aided / Sponsored Schools / Madrasahs are eligible for the Taruner Swapno Scheme.
Taruner Swapno Scheme Apply Online
- Log in to the official Website of the selfdeclaration.wb.gov.in.
- Click on the Apply Online Button given on the Homepage.
- Now enter your Banglar Shiksha ID and Registered Mobile Number to access your pre-filled details.Â
- Now fill the Declaration form in Your Preferred Language for better understanding.
- Now review your details, accept the Declaration, and verify with your Aadhaar number through OTP.Â
- No, after successful verification of Your Application form, you will receive Rs. 10,000 as financial assistance directly to your bank account for purchasing learning devices.Â
