Eligibility Criteria for Domicile Certificate West Bengal
- Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal State.
- Women not initially belonging to the state, but married to a person who is a permanent resident of the state.

- Birth Proof: Admit Card for Secondary Examination/Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
- Photograph: One Attested Passport Colored Photograph.

- Login to the Website using Login Credentials.
- Now Select Domicile Certificate from the certificates list.
- Now Enter Your Personal Details, Address, Mobile Number and Birth Proof.
- Now Upload the Required Documents Like Photograph, Birth Proof and Address Proof.
- Click on the Submit Button after Successfully filling out the Form.

For the last 15 days, I am trying to apply online for domicile certificate for both my daughters. The system for the pincode 700039 automatically taking disctrict as Kolkata instead of South 24 Pargana.
Subsequently not able to proceed further as system is showing “you can not proceed further for Kolkata District”. and not allowing to go in 2nd page.
